Yes, but it depends on your stage of pregnancy. In the first trimester, it’s best to consult your doctor first. After the first trimester, massages are generally safe and can be very beneficial. We recommend avoiding deep tissue work and lying on your stomach. Always let us know if you’re pregnant so we can adjust your treatment accordingly.
